Ray talks about the stories behind the wines and producers, looks at the new wave of English producers of sparkling wines and offers some thoughts about how to drink a sparkling wine.

Ray is drinks editor of the Spectator and a former wine editor of the Daily Telegraph. His books have sold more than 300,000 copies and include How to Buy Wine, Everything you need to know about Wine and Red & White Wine: How to choose, taste and enjoy it.
