About this Event:

For children aged 3-6.

Come and meet children’s writers Adam and Charlotte Guillain as they read the first picture book in their George’s Amazing Adventures series, Spaghetti With The Yeti. In this first book, hilariously illustrated by Red House Book winner Lee Wildish, George packs his bag with a warm woolly hat, a map and a tin of spaghetti and sets off on his quest to find the elusive Yeti. But when his journey leads him to meet more weird and wonderful monsters than George could ever imagine, will he discover the truth about his favourite monster of all? This session guarantees a cracking story, some silly costumes and lots of joining in.

Adam is a performance storyteller and was the Roald Dahl Museum and Story Centre Writer in Residence. Charlotte taught English to air traffic controllers and nurses before entering a career in publishing. Following a decade working as a commissioning editor, she is now a prolific author of children’s fiction, non-fiction and picture books.

In association with The Woodstock Bookshop.
